Join Amy from Shakti Yoga for an incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating 2-hour blend of yin and restorative yoga. This class features a blend of active and passive stretching and incorporates props in order to address each student’s individual needs. Breathwork and guided meditation round out this opportunity to care for yourself and find stillness. Please bring your mat.
