Sound Meditation is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body and mind of a person with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony, wellness, and relaxation. Sound meditations use such instruments as Tibetan Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Chimes, Bells, Drums, Rain Sticks, and of course the Voice. Mary Lampert is a Certified Sound Therapist and a 2009 graduate from Cyma Therapy with the International Sound Therapy Association. Mary is a Reiki Master and has studied the the Healing Arts for over 20 years. Mary is a native of Delaware and has lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Atlanta where she continued her education in various Sound Therapy modalities.
